For parcel delivery, the shipment will be delivered directly to your doorstep. In the case of shipments consisting of multiple parcels, they may be delivered on different days. If you are not at home, you will receive a notification from the parcel delivery service regarding a second delivery attempt or pickup at a nearby branch. For deliveries by freight forwarder, which includes larger products packaged on a pallet, the delivery will be made to the curb.

Due to the size of our products, we do not offer delivery to parcel lockers.

When selecting the advance payment method, we will provide you with our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receiving the payment.

We will accept your order by sending a confirmation email within two days.

After placing the order in the shop, we will request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out by PayPal immediately thereafter.
