In addition to the legally required warranty, Canton provides a 5-year warranty for all passive loudspeakers. For all passive speakers of the 2023 Reference series, Canton provides a warranty of 10 years. 

Active and semi-active speakers as well as electronics are covered by a 2-year warranty. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Our warranty does not apply only to you as the original purchaser. If you sell or pass on the unit during the warranty period, the warranty will be transferred to the new owner. The new owner will then need the original invoice from the original purchaser for a warranty claim. 

A warranty claim is only valid if the original packaging is used. Transport damage and damage caused by improper use are excluded. The claim is not extended by the replacement of components within the warranty period. This applies to all speakers purchased from an authorized Canton dealer. In the event of damage, please contact him or Canton Service directly.
