Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after thirty days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the last good or piece.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Canton Elektronik GmbH + Co. KG, Neugasse 21 - 23, 61276 Weilrod, Germany, shop@canton.de, Phone: +49 (0)6083 287 0) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You can also electronically complete and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement on our website https://www.canton.de/service/widerrufsformular/. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgment of receipt of such a withdrawal without delay (e.g. by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We will collect the goods. We will bear the cost of returning the goods. You will only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if the loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functioning.

Special Notes

If you finance this contract by a loan and later withdraw from it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly to be assumed if we are simultaneously your lender or if your lender uses our cooperation in regard to the financing. If the loan has already been received by us upon the withdrawal taking effect, your lender shall assume our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you regarding the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives).

If you want to avoid a contractual commitment as much as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you are entitled to a right of withdrawal.

Return Labels

Notwithstanding your statutory rights, we will provide you with free return labels for your return shipment. If you use these return labels, the return shipment is free of charge for you. The return label will be provided to you via email. A link will be provided to retrieve the return label. You can drop off the return shipment at a parcel shop of the respective provider in Germany.
