Conditions of participation Facebook / Instagram competition "Reference Check 1/2" §1 Organiser of the competition The organiser of the competition is Canton Elektronik GmbH + Co KG, Neugasse 21-23, 61276 Weilrod, Germany. It is expressly pointed out that this promotion is in no way connected to Facebook/Instagram, is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Facebook/Instagram and Facebook/Instagram assumes no liability for this. The recipient of the information you provide is not Facebook/Instagram, but Canton Elektronik GmbH + Co KG. All questions, comments or other remarks should not be addressed to Facebook/Instagram, but to Canton Elektronik GmbH + Co KG, Neugasse 21 - 23, 61276 Weilrod, Germany, e-mail address: marketing@canton.de. Facebook/Instagram is released from all claims in connection with the competition. §2 Eligibility to participate Any person aged 18 or over and resident in the Federal Republic of Germany is eligible to participate. Employees of Canton Elektronik GmbH + Co KG and their relatives are excluded from participation. Participation in the competition is only possible under the conditions of participation listed here. By participating in the competition, the participant expressly recognises these conditions of participation. Each participant can only take part in the prize draw in their own name and only once per prize draw. §3 Period of participation The prize draw will take place in the period from 06/12/2023 to 08/12/2023. Participation ends at 12:00 noon on the last day of the competition. Subsequent entries can no longer be considered. §3.1 Procedure of the promotion and general provisions Participation in the competition takes place via a comment on the following Facebook post or the following Instagram post. If several comments are received from the same participant on the post, these will still be counted as individual entries. The winners will be drawn from all participants. The winners will be drawn by lot within 2 working days of the closing date. The prize includes 1 copy each of Reference Check 1 and Reference Check 2. The winner can choose whether they would like to receive Reference Check 1 and 2 on CD or LP. The winner will be informed via the comment function on Facebook/Instagram and, if possible, also by direct message. The winner must contact us within 2 working days of notification by private message on the social media channel or by email to marketing@canton.de with their address details. If we do not receive a corresponding response from the winner within 2 working days, the prize claim will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected at random. The prizes cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash. If the prize cannot be claimed by the winner, it will be forfeited without substitution. Canton Elektronik GmbH + Co KG reserves the right to terminate or modify the competition at any time. No claims can be derived from premature termination. Entries to the competition may not contain any insults, false facts, competition, trade mark or copyright infringements. Participants who violate these conditions of participation or demonstrably use unauthorised aids may be excluded from participation in the competition. If the conditions for exclusion are met, prizes may be subsequently cancelled or prizes already delivered may be reclaimed. §4 Data protection notice Canton Elektronik GmbH + Co KG respects the privacy and personal sphere of the participants and therefore takes the protection of personal data very seriously. When handling this data, Canton Elektronik GmbH + Co KG acts in strict compliance with the relevant statutory data protection regulations. Canton Elektronik GmbH + Co. KG collects, stores and uses the e-mail address of the participants and the postal address of the winners for participation in the competition. These are collected, stored and used by Canton Elektronik GmbH + Co KG exclusively for the purpose of determining the winner and organising the competition. The e-mail address or other personal data will be deleted at the end of the competition and will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances. By participating in the competition, the participant consents to the collection, storage and use of his/her data by Canton Elektronik GmbH + Co KG for the purpose of organising the competition. Participants are free to have their e-mail address and other personal data deleted by Canton at any time, even during the promotion, by sending an e-mail to marketing@canton.de or by post to Canton Elektronik GmbH + Co KG, Neugasse 21 - 23, 61276 Weilrod, thereby cancelling their participation in the competition. Upon receipt of the cancellation, the stored personal data will be deleted immediately. There is no entitlement to participate in the competition. The participant can also contact the two aforementioned addresses if they wish to receive information about which personal data has been stored. Otherwise, the data protection provisions of Canton Elektronik GmbH + Co KG apply. §5 Miscellaneous The participant releases Facebook/Instagram from any liability. Legal recourse is excluded. These conditions of participation and the entire legal relationship between the participants are subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
