How should I set the modes "Large" or "Small" on the AV receiver setup for my home theater speakers?

The "Large" mode is generally suitable for "large speakers" (floor-standing speakers), and the "Small" mode for "small speakers" (bookshelf speakers). Even smaller speakers, such as our InWall/InCeiling or Movie speakers, should be operated in "Small" mode. Center speakers from the GLE to Reference series can also be set to "Large" or "Small" with a low crossover frequency of 40Hz to 60Hz.
